Return Policy

RYUEUYA is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If our products do not meet your expectations, we have a 30-day return policy, which means that you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, with return shipping charges to be borne by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and returned in its original packaging to the designated return address. Used items are not returnable.

If the item is defective or damaged in transit, a pre-paid return label will be issued. For further assistance, please email us at ryueuya@outlook.com.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at ryueuya@outlook.com. We will send you a return label and instructions on how to ship your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your money immediately. If your order has shipped, a refund will be issued immediately (up to 14 business days) after the warehouse receives your return and checks to see if it is eligible. All persons receiving a refund will receive a confirmation email for their records.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
Please note that due to the custom nature of pre-orders and custom orders, we do not accept returns.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
