You have the right to return all orders purchased directly from RYUEUYA within 30 days of receipt of the item, except custom orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once your item has been returned, we will conduct an inspection to assess your eligibility for an exchange or refund. We will also notify you of the technical department's decision via email.
