Ryueuya has amazing customer service and love the product!
I purchased the rose gold watch for a Christmas present and the next day was notified of a $40 return to my account. Apparently there was a Christmas sale and it wasn’t applied when I purchased the watch online and they automatically gave me the discount! Then I had forgotten to pick out my free extra watch strap color and they personally reached out to find out what color I wanted and sent it out after they had already shipped the watch. My hubby LOVES the watch and I’m impressed with the quality. I would highly recommend.
